These Terms of Service apply to all clients using the website and legal/e-commerce consulting services provided by AWE Global. By using the website or registering for a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Description

AWE Global provides consulting and procedural support services including, but not limited to: international business registration and management, trademark registration and protection, and international payment method registration for e-commerce businesses. The specific scope, process, and cost of each service are agreed separately with the client before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents so we can perform the service.
• Be responsible for the legality of information, business purpose, and documents provided to AWE Global.
• Cooperate and respond promptly when asked to provide additional information during case processing.
• Pay service fees in full as agreed.

3. AWE Global’s Responsibilities

• Advise and perform services within the agreed scope with the client, with dedication and the best professional expertise.
• Protect client information according to our published Privacy Policy.
• Promptly inform clients of case progress and any issues that arise.

4. Limitation of Liability

Many of AWE Global’s services involve submitting filings and registrations to government agencies, organizations, or third-party platforms (e.g. business registration authorities, intellectual property offices, international payment gateways). Final approval results depend on the decisions of these agencies/organizations and are outside AWE Global’s control. We are committed to following the correct process and providing maximum support, but cannot absolutely guarantee that every application will be approved, or approved within a fixed timeframe.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are quoted specifically for each client request before work begins. Payment method and schedule are agreed separately during consultation. Any refund policy will be clearly stated in the specific service agreement for each case.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials on the website belong to AWE Global or are used under lawful license. Copying or reusing content for commercial purposes without AWE Global’s written consent is not permitted.

7. Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of client personal information is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Service

The client or AWE Global may terminate service use as agreed in the signed engagement. Obligations that arose before termination (including payment for work already performed) remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation; if no agreement is reached, either party may bring the matter before a competent authority in accordance with the law.

10. Changes to These Terms

AWE Global may update or adjust these Terms of Service over time. The latest version will always be posted on this page and takes effect from the time of posting.
